Greetings, and thank you for visiting the web site of ReNewal Counseling and Spiritual Guidance.

Life, Nature, and Spirit ask more of us than emotional isolation and broken relationships. There is at the core of life and the human heart a gesture toward wholeness and community.
Often times we neglect ourselves, our relationships, our social organizations and lives at the expense of wellness.
Sometimes we need to pause, to look inward, to renew ourselves and find reconnection with what is most important.
ReNewal is here to help individuals, couples, spiritual seekers, professional religious persons, and  organizations find emotional, psychological, spiritual and organizational wholeness.

There is no 'one size fits all' counseling, spiritual guidance, or supervision.  I use the tools with which I am equipped to  assess and offer services tailored to each person or group where they are on their journey.
The "tool bag" from which I draw includes training in Jungian related psychology, dream work, Inner Family Systems, theology, interfaith relationships, study, dialogue, and spiritual guidance. I apprenticed for many years with a Spiritual Director.
I also engage in ongoing consultation with various colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds to insure self-awareness and appropriate care of self and clients.
